Ingredients:
1 cup Plain low fat yogurt
2 cups of cold water
5 ice cubes per glass (optional)
salt to taste
1 tbsp grated ginger
2 tbsps finely chopped cilantro
Vaggarane
Method:
- Mix yougurt, salt, grated ginger, cilantro and water and whisk well.
- Pour into two glasses and add ice cubes.
- Garnish with Vaggarane.
- Serve cold after meals or anytime of the day.
