I was craving for sweet the other day after lunch. I was thinking to get a healthy way of eating a dessert. I just came up with an idea of a fast and tasty fruit salad and trust me, everyone at home loved it.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups mango puree
1/2 cup milk (2%)
2 medium apples cut into small cubes
1 cup grapes
1 medium banana
1 scoop ice cream (optional)
Method:
- Whisk mango puree and milk. Add all the fruits and mix well.
- Top off with ice cream.
- Serve cold.
